Order processing period
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of order confirmation .
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons or depending on the order volume, processing may take longer than usual.
Estimated delivery time
Typically, delivery takes approximately 5-10 business days after shipping.

About the shipping origin
Our products may be shipped from our partner overseas warehouses or independent suppliers.
By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed that the product may be shipped from overseas.
About the tracking number
After your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. Please note that
it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be reflected in your email.
Regarding customs duties and import taxes
For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may apply.
These costs will be borne by the customer.
We cannot be held responsible for refusal of delivery due to non-payment of customs duties or for any customs clearance problems.
Incorrect delivery address
If the customer enters an incorrect address:

Refusal to accept delivery / Prolonged absence

Lost or stolen

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product .
Return Policy
We will only accept returns if all of the following conditions are met.
- Unused and unworn
- Tags, accessories, and original packaging are all present
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- No damage or signs of use not caused by our company
About the campaign products
For promotional items such as "Buy One Get One Free," you are required to return all eligible items together.
Free gifts are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Order cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of completion.
- Cancellations are not permitted after 30 minutes.
- Cancellations made within 30 minutes will incur a 15% cancellation fee of the order amount.

Regarding refunds
